As Cedar Springs enters Stage 2 of Covid 19 under the Provincial Guidelines, we are able to hold our golf competitions that we all look forward to. Social distancing guidelines will still apply.
With a shortened season for these competitions, this year we will not be accepting excuses such as “I haven’t played enough yet”, “my putting isn’t great right now”, “it has been raining every time I want to play”, “I work long hours”, “I live in the city”, “I never got a call” or “my golf cart is broken”.
Once the draws are posted during the week of July 6th, please make every effort to play your match well before the deadlines.
We will base the draw on current handicaps. If you do not know if you have a current handicap, please contact Linda Thomson at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You must have played 5 games in the past two years for an established handicap, otherwise you will play with a 0 handicap.
Sign up by emailing Susan Craven at: email@example.com
by Saturday July 4th so that the draws can be posted during the week of July 6th.

Ladies Golf – Thursday Mornings
Ladies Golf will continue to be held Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. although social distancing guidelines need to be followed. Hopefully at some point this summer, we will be able to meet and greet, have a coffee and chat before golf, but right now anyone interested in golfing is asked to meet at the 1st tee block (lower) and go off in groups of no more than four.
Nine, Dine & Wine is postponed
